I wish to apply for membership in the Central Alberta Rodeo Association. This is:

Membership must be purchased by April 24 2012 to receive the above rate, any forms
received after that date will be subject to a $10.00 increase. Memberships can now
only be purchased by mail through the CARA office and not at any of the Rodeos
I realize that I am subject to C.A.R.A. rules while competing at approved rodeos. By signing this
application form, I agree to abide by all conditions set forth hereon. This application is not valid
unless signed. I release all C.A.R.A. committees at all association approved rodeos of any liability
what-so-ever. Turnout of any Rodeo must be accompanied by Dr’s or Vet Certificate or you
will still be liable to pay entry fees.
