Mighty Mite Goat Tail Tying - for kids 8 & under with their faithful steed
Calf Scramble - 12 & Under (the biggest piece of ribbon wins)
Calf Scramble - 14 & Under (teams of two on foot rope a calf & push, pull or drag it across the finish line)
Wild Pony Race - for a team of three kids aged 7 to 12 (with helmet, vest and parental consent)
Ladies Bloomer Race - A local favorite! Teams of 3 ladies put the bloomers on their calf and get to a wild finish line.
Cow Hide Race - A relay team consists of two riders and one horse. The first rider pulls their partner on the cowhide (dallied to their saddle horn) from one end of the arena to the other end. Then switch positions for the second leg back to the finish line
