Entry Information

Entries start at 4 pm and end at 10 pm (except for Bentley which starts at 5 pm)
DO NOT call earlier to enter!!!! In order to enter you must have a current CARA membership or be a ONE time "LOCAL" contestant. (Local contestants call the same number to enter.) Memberships are available throughout the season. They must be purchased by Tuesday 8 pm the day before entries to qualify for membership at that rodeo. |
CARA does not operate on a call back system. When you phone in your entry, on the designated evening, the person taking the entries will let you know which day you are entered for.
Turnouts - You must turn out of the rodeo by contacting the TURN OUT number which is listed in the information in each rodeo below by the MONDAY before the rodeo, or provide a vet or doctor certificate if it's after that. Failure to notify the turn out number before Monday will result in you having to pay the entry fee. |

Senior Events - $55 (includes a $5 CARA fee which goes towards the finals) per person per event Junior Events - $35 (includes a $5 CARA fee which goes towards the finals) per person per event |
Each committee uses their own payout schedule. If you want to know what it is at a particular rodeo ask at the office.
